Pride Community Workout

Join us for our annual Polaris Pride Workout on Saturday, June 27th at 9:00am as we celebrate community, movement, and Pride Month together.

This event is will be high-energy, inclusive, beginner-friendly, and fun for everyone. Whether you’re coming to work out, support friends, hang out afterward, or bring your family, we’d love to have you there.

Event Schedule

  • 9:00 AM: Parents + Littles Workout – A short, movement-based workout for ages 2–8 focused on play, interaction, and fun.
  • 9:45 AM: Polaris Pride Partner WOD Heat 1
  • 10:30 AM: Polaris Pride Partner WOD Heat 2
  • 11:15: Post workout celebration w/ coffee, donuts, and raffle

We’ll run two heats for the Pride WOD: 9:45 and 10:30AM. It’ll be in Teams of 2 and we’ll have Fit, Rx, or Rx+ options. Expect to see a rainbow runs, erg stations, partner burpee star jump and big team energy! No partner? No problem. We’ll help pair people up.

Donations support The Lambert House

We’ll be raising donations for the Lambert House, a Seattle organization supporting LGBTQ+ youth through leadership, social connection, and life skills development.

How to start?

Step 1 – Find a time

Click ‘join the fun’ to find a time for your first class. Be sure to coordinate with your friend.

Step 2 – Show up

Arrive with your friend at Polaris at your scheduled time. Be sure to dress comfortably.

Step 3 – Get to work

Follow the coach’s instructions and enjoy the beginner friendly workout with your friend.

The event is free, but we do need you to register so we have enough space for you. To do so, select your preferred start time, and complete the registration process.

FAQ

How does it work (for Polaris members)?

You will need to reserve your spot in class as normal via Wodify. Your friend will need to reserve the same time in the friend spot using the link on this page. Send your friend this link (https://plrs.fit/pride) so that they can reserve a spot. Be sure to tell them the time you’re registered for the class so you can come at the same time. The workout will be a partner workout so you can do it together.

Can I bring my child?

Yes, but only to the kid version at 9:00 AM please!
