We offer a variety of individualized, specialty, and group classes. For more on our services

  • Small Group CrossFit – small group classes generally with both strength and MetCon style workouts
  • Strength Series – progressive overload style strength training
  • Resilience Training – jumpy, twisty, strength, and power work for truly functional fitness
  • Teen Camp – strength training designed for your teens on ~ 6 week cycles
