Why do we offer specialty classses?

Specialty classes allow us to get really specific on your goals. If you can match your schedule with a specialty class aligned with your specific goals, you basically get personal training level of specificity and attention while also gaining peer group accountability and fun. It’s really a win-win-win for the coach, you, and your fellow class members.

What is Resilience Training?

Resilience Training is designed to build strength and movement quality that carries over to real life and sports. Each class blends strength training with power, agility, deceleration, and change-of-direction work. The focus is on real-world capability you can use outside the gym.

Who is Resilience Training for?

The class incorporates dynamic movements like twists, turns, and jumps. It’s great for anyone who wants to reduce aches and pains by building strength through a wider range of motion and movement demands. It is also ideal for anyone who participates in sports and wants their exercise routine to directly support that.

What to expect in a Resilience Training class?

  • Dynamic movement using a stability ball to prime the body
  • Plyometrics with hurdles, ladder skills, and other agility movements
  • A Power Block to train explosive strength
  • A Hypertrophy Block to build strength and durability
  • Conditioning work that ties it all together

What is Strength Series?

Strength Series is our Sunday class expanded to Tuesdays and Thursdays. The class is focused on building confidence in the big lifts by refining technique and increasing strength through progressive overload. The class moves at a slower pace so your coach can help you dial in form and make each rep count. Expect to train the foundational movement patterns: squatting, hinging, pushing, and pulling.

Who is Strength Series for?

Anyone who wants to get stronger and improve their technique. Great for both beginners learning the fundamentals and experienced lifters looking to fine-tune their form.

What to expect in a Strength Series class?

  • A main lift for the day
  • Accessory work designed to reinforce and strengthen the main lift
  • A finisher to support core strength
