Get Ready for the 2026 Polaris Games

On Saturday, May 9, we’ll be hosting a special Mother’s Day workout during all classes. This was one of our favorite events last year, and we’re excited to run it again.

Bring your moms and kids. We would love to have many generations all working out together throughout the day!

What to expect

  • Coach Ginna will be leading all classes
  • Beginner-friendly partner workout
  • Simple movements, no experience needed
  • A fun, supportive environment
