New Strength and Resilience Classes at TPH

You might have already seen (or attended) two of our newest class additions!

What to expect in Strength class: -A main lift for the day – Accessory work designed to reinforce and strengthen the main lift – A finisher to support core strength

What to expect in resilience class: – Dynamic movement using a stability ball to prime the body – Plyometrics with hurdles, ladder skills, and other agility movements – A Power Block to train explosive strength – Hypertrophy Block to build strength and durability – Conditioning work that ties it all together
