Teen Strength Training is designed specifically to introduce young athletes to strength training and build community with other teens through fitness. All components are coach-led and supervised, with ample instruction to help athletes of all levels move well and get strong!
- Dates: Mar 8 – Apr 19 (7 sessions total)
- Times: Sundays at 11:15AM & 12:30PM – The class times will have slightly different areas of focus, please DM us for questions.
- Ages: Target ages 11-15 (not a strict limit, but that’s what it’s designed for)
- Cost: 6 class pack
