Stick with it! Skinny, middle aged, programmers can learn to lift weights too!
💪 What’s your favorite thing to eat in Seattle?
I love all kinds of restaurants but if I’m honest the place I go to most is Pink Bee here in Ballard.
💪 What cool things have you used your fitness for outside the gym?
Eating more pizza than ever before
💪 If you could design your favorite workout what movements would it include?
They’re sort of goofy but I actually love Turkish Getups
